How to get to the resort?

Three easy access... to Bang Saphan
 

By private car/bicycle/bike:

     About 380 km,  south of Bangkok by highway no.4 or Phetkasem road via Phetchaburi province, Pranburi district, Prachuabkhirikhan province, Thapsakae district.  Approximately 30 km from Thapsakae district, you will see the sign of Bang Saphan district on the left side of the road.  Turn left and use the secondary roads  no.3169 approximately  10  km to the centre of Bang Saphan town.
      When you arrive in town at the main T junction with traffic lights, turn right and use the secondary road no.3374.  About 5.5 km you will see the sign of Suanluang Resort on the left side of the road, then turn left about 500 meters and you will see the resort on the left side of the road.

By train

       The easiest way to reach to Bangsaphan is to catch the train. It's easier to catch the train from where you are.  The train will drop you direct in Bangsaphan town.
      Many trains service runs daily from Bangkok Railway Station (or Hua Lam Pong in Thai).  The first one is about 08.05 arrive at Bang Saphan  about 13.00. The second one is about 13.00 arrive  at  Bang Saphan about 19.25.  The third one is about 14.45 arrive at Bang Saphan about 20.17.  The fourth one is about 15.10 arrive at Bang Saphan at 21.37.  The fifth one is about 15.35 arrive at Bang Saphan at 22.47.  Attention! please try to arrive Bang Saphan in the day time...because they arrive often late.
     And the only one train from Thonburi Railway Station leaves daily about 07.25 arrive at Bang Saphan about 15.08. 

      In case of travel from the South such as Chumphon/Suratthani/ Nakhonsithammarat/Hadyai/Trang, we recommend you to travel by train.  It's more comfortable even it's sometime late but you can be sure that the train will stop at the Bang Saphan train station. *Please check timetable at the train station before leaving or check at www.railway.co.th for price and timetable*

Or by bus

       The most comfortable way to Bang Saphan is by air-conditioned bus.  
       From Bangkok’s southern bus terminal (or Sai Tai Mai in Thai), you can catch the bus of BANGSAPHAN TOUR company (the only bus company which their bus arrive direct at Bang Saphan town) from 07.30 a.m. to 23.00 p.m. daily (almost every two hours from Bangkok).
     The ticket costs about 215-300 Baht per person. The journey takes about 6 hours to Bang Saphan and the bus will stop 20 minutes for lunch/dinner

       In case of travel from the South such as Chumphon/ Ranong/ Suratthani/Phuket...etc. If you travel by bus, they will drop you on the highway where it is about 10 km from Bangsaphan town! 
      If you are back from Koh Tao - Chumphon and want to take a break before back to Bangkok at Suanluang Resort.  They have some a/c minibus Chumphon-Bang Saphan parked closed to the train station, one in the morning and one in the afternoon... the ticket may cost you at around 200 Baht per person.  If you catch that minibus, ask the driver to drop you at Suanluang Resort (because the resort is on the way back to the centre of Bang Saphan town).
